Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy plans of care.
• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia evaluations and interventions.
• Document progress in EMR accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
