Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly titled area.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• License, certification, or credentialing as required in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of experience in a SNF setting and availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement speech-language therapy programs for patients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' communication skills.
• Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.

About the Role:

As a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist/ Speech Therapist (SLP/ST), you will be responsible for organizing and providing speech-language services for our Skilled Nursing facility/ Post Acute Care Center. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help our patients regain their communication skills and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:
