Responsibilities

• Train ADHC staff on therapy-related strategies to incorporate into daily routines.
• Maintain detailed and compliant components of participant health records.
• Work closely with the MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) to ensure therapy meets program goals.

This position is located within their specialized Adult Day Health Center, which provides essential medical and social services to a vibrant population of Russian-speaking seniors and adults with disabilities.

Location: San Francisco, CA 94115

Pay Rate: $63.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 16–24 hours per month

Employment Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt (Contract)

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Speech Therapist provides comprehensive services addressing communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. You will evaluate participants, develop individualized care plans, and educate families and staff on techniques to support participant progress in a culturally sensitive environment.
