Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team in Oklahoma. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions in diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include screenings, developing discharge plans, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to infection control and safety standards. Licensure and CCC-SLP eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
