Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, planning, and direct therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in Washington state. The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families in a clinical setting.

Requirements include an accredited SLP program (MS/MA), current state license with CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocol compliance.

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
