Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist per Alabama State Board.
• Graduate from an accredited program relevant to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring speech-language therapy.
• Perform therapy interventions using standard techniques and educate/counsel patient and family.
• Maintain clinical records and follow improvement recommendations.
• Plan and assist with patient discharge from speech therapy services.
• Provide information regarding appropriate support programs.
