Job summary

Hope Therapeutic Services in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children in a clinic-based setting. Part-time and per diem opportunities, with potential to build to full-time; contract rate $40-$50/hour.

The SLP will perform assessments, develop plans, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support student success. Illinois licensure and CCC‑SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure as an SLP.
• CCC‑SLP from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate children’s speech and language to determine needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Attend IEP meetings to provide input on student goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with families and educators to support classroom communication.
• Maintain documentation including evaluations, therapy notes, and IEP updates.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
