Job summary

Hope Therapeutic Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based, full-time opportunity in the St. Louis area. The role involves evaluation, treatment, and collaboration with teachers and families to support students with communication disorders.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Missouri SLP licensure, and ideally CCC-SLP. Travel between school sites is required; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Missouri licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine students' needs.
• Therapy & Intervention: Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services based on IEP goals.
• Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student development.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, therapy notes, and IEP updates.
