Hope Therapeutic Services is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Vernon Hills, IL to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children in a clinic-based setting.

The SLP will work with students with speech, language, voice, and social communication needs, collaborating with educators and families to support student success. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in SLP and IL licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in clinic-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine needs; interpret results; participate in IEP meetings.
• Therapy & Intervention: Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy; implement evidence-based strategies; monitor progress.
• Collaboration & Consultation: Work with families, educators, and other professionals; provide training and strategies.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation; ensure IDEA and state/federal compliance.
