Job summary
Bronson Lakeview Hospital is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (part-time, 32 hours per week) to work across acute care and outpatient settings. The role requires CCC-SLP and Michigan licensure, with opportunities to treat diverse disorders and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
Compensation includes benefits from day one, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and strong clinical autonomy within a supportive rehabilitation team.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Michigan SLP license in good standing.
- CCC-SLP certification through ASHA.
- BLS certification within three months of hire.
- NPI number or willingness to obtain one with Bronson support.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nurses to coordinate care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and treatment planning.
- Perform video swallow studies as applicable and screen for hearing concerns.
