Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bloomington, Indiana. In this role, you will screen and evaluate patients, develop discharge plans, and revise care plans in collaboration with physicians.

The ideal candidate must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, along with ASHA Certification or be in the process of obtaining it. An active state license is also required.

Qualifications

• ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification.
• Active state license required.

Responsibilities
