Richland-Bean Blossom Health Care Center in Bloomington, IN is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join its therapy team. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations and discharge planning under physician supervision, contributing to resident-focused rehabilitation.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a PRN, on-site position within a skilled nursing environment.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Active state license required; certification and licensure as per state and national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with therapy discipline application.
