Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Part-time Specimen Processing Technician to support the General Laboratory. The role operates on a Part-time Day Shift with 20 hours per week, 7:00am–3:30pm and alternating weekend shifts, plus 2–3 holidays per year.

Responsibilities include processing, sorting, labeling, and prioritizing specimens to meet turnaround times, and coordinating with testing personnel. Qualifications include a high school diploma and lab experience; ChristianaCare offers comprehensive

ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Part‑time Specimen Processing Technician. The work hours are:

Part‑time Day Shift

• 20 hours per week
• 7:00am - 3:30pm and every other weekend 6:30am - 3:00pm
• 2-3 holidays per year

In this role you will perform pre and post analytical functions that support the testing of specimens received in the General Laboratory.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.48 - $28.24This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
