Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in medical field supporting patients.
• 2+ years of customer service is acceptable in lieu of medical experience.
• Proficient with smartphone and computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and order details.
• Maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens when applicable.
• Travel between facilities may be required.
