Job summary

Millennium Health LLC is seeking a Part-Time Female Specimen Collector in Everett, WA. The role involves collecting urine and saliva specimens, processing and packaging for shipping, and acting as a liaison between clinics and the laboratory.

Ideal candidates are female, with 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in a medical setting, plus strong customer service skills and reliable transportation. HIPAA/compliance awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a smartphone and computer required.
• Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice/clinic and the laboratory.
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal.
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
