Job summary

• Experience in career coaching, advising, or a related student-facing support role.
• Familiarity with graduate/professional school career services.
• Knowledge of financial services recruiting cycles and behavioral interview methods.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage the required specialty Masters career course in Blackboard.
• Review and provide written feedback on student resumes and ensure VMock score targets.
• Communicate career events and collect outcomes data with stakeholders.
• Participate in coaching team meetings and interact with program staff and faculty.
