Responsibilities

• Implement IEP and Behavior Plan under the supervision of the teacher.
• Assists the teacher with diagnostic tests when needed.
• Monitors and provides assistance to student’s behavioral needs.
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning of material or skills introduced by the teacher.
• Assists the teacher in devising strategies for reinforcing material or skills based on individual students’ needs.
