Qualifications

• Age 18 years or above and able to obtain MA Gaming Commission registration.
• High school or equivalent education required; experience in luxury spa preferred.
• Conversational English required to assist guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa linen par levels and ensure timely par replenishment.
• Schedule and coordinate linen flow between spa and linen dock.
• Deliver and retrieve clean/soiled linen and robes throughout the spa.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate linen demands to leadership.
• Follow Encore standards and provide excellent guest and team member service.
• Assist team with safety and department procedures as needed.
