Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Meridian is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the energetic, customer‑service focal point for guests. You’ll learn the spa menu, drive membership sales, answer phones, schedule appointments, and uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – train provided.
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
