Job summary

Nordik Spa Village Chelsea is seeking a Bussboy/Bussgirl to support the dining team in a guest‑focused environment. You will greet guests, deliver menus, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming area.

Responsibilities include seating guests, refreshing water, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness in line with MAPAQ hygiene standards. Part‑time schedule requires daytime shifts from Monday to Thursday and weekends.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service and/or food service.
• Good team spirit.
• Multidisciplinarity is essential.
• Good stress management skills.
• Interpersonal skills and high level of customer service.
• Resourcefulness, autonomy; Attention to detail.
• Able to work long hours on your feet.
• Certification in hygiene and sanitation from MAPAQ is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant and assist them in assigning a table according to their needs and requests.
• Assign tables in rotation through the different sections.
• Present menus to guests by giving general information and answering questions.
• Know the products / different menus (alcohol, food, etc.).
• Knowing the different seating plans, table numbers, different sections;
• Make rounds to refresh water glasses, clear empty tables or plates when guests have finished their meal;
• Clean and set tables with dishes, utensils and glasses for future guests;
• Ensure good communication with the servers to maintain excellent quality and service;
• Participate in the tasks of cleaning the premises and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the restaurant and the service area by respecting the standards of hygiene and healthiness of the MAPAQ.
