Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Spa Desk Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service as the central contact in the spa building. You will check guests in, assign lockers, answer questions, post charges for services and retail to guest accounts, and keep the spa lobby and juice bar neatly stocked.

Open availability from 6:00am to 9:00pm for a part-time schedule. A high school diploma is required, and prior guest service and computer experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks while delivering guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in for services and assign lockers.
• Answer general questions, give directions and post charges to guest accounts.
• Maintain spa lobby and juice bar, update gym schedules and keep staff informed.
• Assist guests with scheduling and cancellation of appointments.
• Complete opening, mid and closing duties and shift checklists.
