Job summary

CyberCoders in Plano, TX is seeking a Part-Time SolarWinds Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience to support our enterprise monitoring platform on a hybrid basis. The role runs ~15–20 hours per week with potential expansion as needs evolve.

The ideal candidate will administer and optimize the SolarWinds suite, configure Orion Platform components, and develop dashboards and alerts. Windows and Linux experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on SolarWinds administration in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong knowledge of SNMP, WMI, ICMP, Syslog, NetFlow, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• SolarWinds/CPI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, secure, backup, upgrade, and optimize the SolarWinds platform.
• Configure Orion Platform, NPM, SPM, NCM, NetFlow Analyzer, and IP Address Manager.
• Develop monitoring standards, dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot monitoring issues and escalate infrastructure concerns as needed.
• Maintain documentation on monitoring configuration and standards.
