Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Teaching experience at the postsecondary level.

Responsibilities

• Instruct courses in mental health and social work, or other related courses as needed.
• Faculty are expected to accept courses as assigned which could include face-to-face and non-traditional venues, such as evening, weekend, dual credit, blended, and/or online courses.
• Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining office hours, working across departments to develop student communication, and computation and critical thinking skills.
• Employee may not exceed 19.5 hours per week.
