Job summary

Collin College seeks part-time adjunct faculty to deliver coursework at one or more campuses or off-site locations in Texas. Teaching assignments may include Dual Credit courses and evening/weekend sessions. Remote instruction is not available.

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the discipline or related field and be prepared for a rigorous on-site work environment. Applicants should attach transcripts and expect background checks; employment follows adjunct faculty and CE instructor

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in discipline/qualifying field is required.
• Teaching experience is desired.
• This is a Security Sensitive position with background checks and, for dual credit courses, fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule and approved syllabi.
• Assignments may be on one or more campuses or off-site; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Dual Credit courses may be included.
• Adhere to college policies and procedures and professional standards for faculty.
