Job summary

The Crossing is seeking a part-time Social/Content Creator to design, write, and produce engaging digital media across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You will capture moments during services and events, edit videos and graphics, and craft captions that reflect The Crossing's voice and mission.

The right candidate is comfortable behind a camera, proficient in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and capable of meeting quick turnaround deadlines while collaborating with the Art Director and the broader

Qualifications

• Ability to create engaging digital content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Strong storytelling and written-communication skills reflecting The Crossing's voice.
• Proficiency with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) for quick-turnaround content.
• Experience in digital marketing or social-media management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content during services and events.
• Edit videos, graphics, quotes, and promos; write copy for social channels.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Communication Team, and ministry leaders on campaigns and storytelling ideas.
• Pitch and execute creative ideas highlighting testimonies and community impact.
• Research trends and create content that strengthens The Crossing's digital presence.
• Schedule/publish content, respond to comments, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Assist the Creative Team on video shoots.
