Job summary

CrossWalk Church is seeking a Filmmaker / Content Creator / Social Media Manager for a full-time role. You will produce and publish weekly video content across platforms, from concept to delivery, in collaboration with the Visual Media Director and Communications Team.

You will manage production tasks, edit video with Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, craft captions, and develop a volunteer content team to expand the church's reach and impact online.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in video production and content creation.
• Strong portfolio (YouTube, Vimeo, or personal site).
• Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve).
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Strong storytelling instincts and creative problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team.

Responsibilities

• Concept, write, shoot, and edit video content including church news, promos, testimonies, sermon highlights, podcasts, and more.
• Develop creative direction and storytelling approaches in collaboration with the Visual Media Director.
• Manage technical aspects of production including cameras, audio, lighting, and set design.
• Handle post-production including editing, color, audio, and delivery formats.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to identify content opportunities tied to series, events, and key moments.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
