Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in social media marketing or related field.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced agency.
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Passion for restaurants, hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning.
• Write engaging captions tailored to each client’s brand voice.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, engage with local communities.
• Attend on-site content sessions, photoshoots and client meetings in Chicago.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and help with organization.
• Track performance and compile monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated on platform updates and best practices.
