Socialite Media in Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to drive content for diverse hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands. You will create and publish posts, assist with calendars, craft captions, and engage with local communities across platforms.

You'll attend on-site shoots in Chicago, track performance with monthly analytics, and stay ahead of trends while coordinating with multiple clients in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years in social media marketing or related field.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced agency.
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Passion for restaurants, hospitality and lifestyle brands.

We're growing quickly and are looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our Chicago team immediately.

What You'll Do

As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll execute social media strategies for a variety of exciting brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Write engaging captions tailored to each client's brand voice
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with local communities
• Attend on-site content creation sessions, photoshoots, and client meetings throughout Chicago
• Capture behind-the-scenes iPhone content and assist with content organization
• Track social media performance and compile monthly analytics reports
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging social media best practices

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing
• Has strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Is creative, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Is comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines
• Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
• Has experience with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Loves restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle brands, and creating engaging content

Compensation

• $25/hour
