Job summary

TOCA Football in Wixom, MI invites a part-time Class Coach to introduce young players (18 months to 12 years) to soccer, building skill and confidence in a fun, energetic setting.

You'll deliver sessions using TOCA's curriculum, adapt activities to age and ability, foster teamwork, and keep sessions safe and engaging. Weekend and afternoon availability is required; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Join a team that values growth and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or playing soccer with kids.
• Passion for helping kids grow through sport.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Availability to work afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Run sessions using TOCA's curriculum to guide kids through drills and activities.
• Organize playful games teaching teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Tailor each class to the kids' age and abilities for progress and fun.
• Create a positive, motivating vibe that excites kids about soccer.
• Communicate progress to parents and keep them informed.
• Ensure field safety and proper setup of equipment before sessions.
• Handle class rosters, attendance, and player evaluations.
