Job summary

Mondelez International in Beckley, WV is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure in-store execution and maintain brand standards, creating a snack aisle shoppers love.

This position offers a flexible schedule with Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Able to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards.
Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTM.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
Stay safe and capable of physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
