Mondelēz International in Lewisburg, WV seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit and more. You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready to delight shoppers during store visits.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and can lift up to 25 lbs with occasional 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
