Job summary

Mondelez International in Knoxville, TN is seeking part-time Nabisco Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will represent the company with energy, help ensure flawless in-store execution, and work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to shine in every store visit.

Responsibilities include following DSD Merchandising Principles, capturing display photos, rotating products, and maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product.
• Live within 25 miles of South Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across your stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role.
