Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in Wisconsin stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock through iPad-based ordering and Salesforce.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 25 lbs as needed. You’ll travel to Monroe and nearby Dodgeville, WI locations, working 20-25 hours per week with a schedule Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to lift and move stock as required by a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI using the iPad/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
