Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Youll work with the RTM to ensure brands shine in stores with a flexible 20‑hour week and early start times.

Youll represent the company with energy, perform merchandising with DSD principles, and help deliver an organized, inviting snack aisle experience. Valid driving license and physical readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle and reimbursements apply.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail teams.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, handling the physical aspects of the role.
