Job summary

Mondelēz International Inc. in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, capable of working independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Greenwood, SC (primary) or Laurens, SC (secondary).
• Schedule availability: Monday, Thursday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, with physical duties included.
