Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz. You will visit Port Charlotte and North Port area stores, work with the RTM to ensure optimal in-store presentation, and help deliver a consumer-ready snack aisle with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, possess a high school diploma or GED, and can lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; capable of repetitive lifting; carry up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Port Charlotte primary location; secondary North Port.
• Schedule availability required: Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
