Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and more. You will visit assigned stores, maintain brand standards, and ensure the snack aisle remains organized and shopper-ready with a flexible schedule.

You should be 18+, have a valid REAL ID or US passport, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs; personal vehicle required with insured coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID or US passport.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Live within 25 miles of Stafford, VA (Woodbridge, VA secondary).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build displays while maintaining brand standards.
• Execute store visits and support seasonal launches for brands like Oreo and Ritz.
• Maintain a neat, shopper-friendly snack aisle and visibility of products.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Work with RTM to follow plans and schedules for efficient coverage.
