Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands look their best, carry out merchandising plans, and engage store teams with a can-do attitude.

Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a flexible Sunday–Tuesday schedule at locations including Salisbury, Mocksville, and Statesville, NC.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older with a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and move products as part of daily merchandising.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Salisbury, NC; secondary locations Mocksville/Statesville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards in assigned stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTM guidance.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
