Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine across multiple stores.

Shifts start early (around 6 am) and total 20–25 hours weekly, with weekends/holidays as needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, and you’ll be paid

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Albuquerque, NM
• Schedule availability required: Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as needed; start at 6 am, 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
