Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands shine, visit stores, and maintain brand standards with a flexible, consumer‑minded approach.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 25 lbs. The role offers hourly pay and benefits with a strong emphasis on in‑store execution and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move product between stockroom and store floor.
• Live within 25 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA with weekend availability.
• Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products across stores.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and promotional setups.
• Represent Mondelēz with energy and professional conduct.
• Capture photos of displays and report through the RTM via Salesforce.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate insights or issues to the RTM and retail team.
