Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across El Centro and nearby stores. You will travel with a flexible schedule and work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our iconic brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine.

You will represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism, execute merchandising standards, and support promotions while maintaining brand integrity and providing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties.
