Mondelēz International in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across our Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit brands. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will visit stores, maintain brand standards, rotate products, and collaborate with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure flawless in-store execution.

The role offers a flexible schedule and real hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs; physical work.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos per guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves and rotate products to meet brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and retail team.
• Stay safe and compliant while handling products.
