Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in Victoria, TX. You will work with the RTM to ensure our Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit brands are displayed and ready to delight shoppers.

You must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move heavier items as needed. The role offers flexible, 24 hrs/wk scheduling with early start times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs when moving products.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores within 25 miles of Victoria, TX.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and customer service.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel and ensure brand standards.
• Follow RTM priorities and schedule for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
