Mondelēz International in Baytown, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will work a flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun, 15–20 hours/week), travel up to 25 miles, and follow DSD Merchandising Principles with RTM guidance. You may lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally more, ensuring a positive, consumer-ready snack aisle.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Baytown, TX; Channelview, TX.
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 15-20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store insights or issues to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; lift, bend, and move product as needed.
