Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser in Livermore, CA to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure in-store execution and brand standards with a flexible 20-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, implementing displays, and providing store-level feedback via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; may push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Livermore, CA (primary) and may work at Pleasanton, Concord, Danville.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain displays; support seasonal launches and promotions.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM to cover multiple stores efficiently.
• Capture display photos and provide store-level insights where needed.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to the RTM and retail team; use Salesforce for updates.
