Job summary

Mondelēz International in California is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure flawless in-store execution and 25-mile coverage around Palm Springs and Indio.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; may push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Palm Springs, CA; secondary location Indio, CA.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
