Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure our brands are displayed and ready to shine in Goleta, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and surrounding stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue-Thu; starts 5 am; 15+ hours/week.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Santa Maria, CA (primary) and Goleta, Santa Barbara, Lompoc (secondary).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves; rotate products and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules with RTM guidance for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and perform physical tasks responsibly.
