Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast-paced environment including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally moving up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and physical movement of products.
