Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Santa Maria area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

You’ll work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. The role offers a flexible schedule, 15+ hours per week, starting around 5 am, with mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and customer service.
• Ability to stock shelves and build displays.
• Comfort with driving and visiting multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow plans with RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
