Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz. The role covers Ontario, OR and surrounding Caldwell/Emmett/Star/Nampa areas with a 20‑hour weekly schedule starting at 5 am, offering hourly pay of $17–$18, mileage reimbursement, and a health program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Ontario, OR; Caldwell/Emmett/Star/Nampa, ID areas.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start at 5 am; 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM’s plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks as required.
